Verify Eligibility
Ensure the board game is still in its original shrink-wrap and the box is in pristine condition within 30 days of the delivery date.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and a photo of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the game in a sturdy box with adequate padding to prevent damage during transit and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking or shipping fees.
